Seeking a LabVantage Professional with a total of 3-8 years of experience.
? Good Knowledge with LIMS application support experience in pharma/life sciences domain in the following LIMS systems / technology -
? LabVantage
? Understanding of .Net Framework, LabVantage and its architecture.
? Knowledge of Database, Crystal Report, SDMS and Interface.
? Domain knowledge in Manufacturing Industries in Pharma/life sciences.
? Experience in providing application support for multiple site round the globe.
? Knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service request.
? Engage with the business users to understand the issue occurred during day to day sample processing.
? Understand the work flows of business process and suggest the improvements as required
? Operational Activity & Server monitoring.
? Knowledge in Quality & Compliance (Q&C) is desirable
? Metrics and report.
Technical Skills:
? Mandatory: LabVantage Experience
? Java/J2EE skill and knowledge is desirable
? Database, Crystal Report, SDMS and Interface is desirable
Soft Skills:
? Excellent in Verbal and Written communication in English and/or Germany.
? Good in documentation
? Self motivated and ability to work independently
? Mentoring junior team members
