Our client is currently looking for a 2nd/3rd level Supporter (m/f/d) Mobile Device Management for a project in Munich.

Description:

The key purpose of this service is to provide 2nd/3rd level operation capability in the management of a complex mobile device management environment, with responsibilities in standard assurance, alongside troubleshooting (trouble to resolve) and Change, capacity and Release management support.

Responsibilities:

The role holder shall be highly motivated, customer focussed and experienced in supporting implementation and operation of enterprise infrastructure service support which is highly technical in nature and in a virtual global context.

The role holder will support the following activities:

  • with VMWare Workspace One
  • Worldwide service
  • 70k IOS devices (iPhone and iPads) and Microsoft surface hubs
  • Hosting of a self-service Portal for e. g. enrollment, configuring and deletion
  • Secure synchronization for email / calendar / tasks / notes
  • Secure Intranet Access und secure content management


Required languages: good written and spoken English

Location: Munich/remote

Duration: 01.08.2019 ? 31.12.2019
