The Business Analyst / Salesforce Administrator will assess and specify requirements and deliver in collaboration with the development team Sales Cloud implementations, customization, integration and administration in support of the Advertising business. The BA works with the Lead BA to ensure that functional requirements are accurately captured and conveyed to the Agile team through well written user stories.Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience working with Salesforce as an administrator or business analyst
- At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce Force.com platform/Sales Cloud implementations
- Strong communication skills in 2nd level support and within cross-functional project teams
- Thorough understanding of object relations in Salesforce and demonstrated ability creating custom objects and custom fields in Salesforce.
- Understanding of Salesforce development (coding skills not required, we work with a development team)
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to gather, understand and define business requirements
- Plan and drive key meetings with stakeholders and experts including requirement sessions, system demos and user acceptance testing
- Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of
the Salesforce solution
- Experience working on Agile teams (Scrum)
- Work closely with Scrum Master and other team members in a collaborative manner to achieve common team objectives
- Collaborate with developers and QA to test and verify that solutions will meet business
requirements
- Provides ongoing production support, including responding to user issues, collaborating
with the technical team to analyze and resolve reported system issues, and communicating the resolution of issues to the departments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
- Background in the Advertising industry is a plus
