A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for an ambitious DevOps Engineer to work as a Lead Software Engineer within an Azure environment. Your role will involve automation of tasks as part of a digital transformation the team is completing.Start Date: asap

Tasks:
- Develop and maintain all infrastructure as code (IaC) artefacts in Azure DevOps.
- Support and give guidance on the products' CI/CD pipelines for Docker and AKS.
- Make key decisions regarding software development.
- Development of the infrastructure and associated tools.
- Design and own CI/CD pipelines on the IaC pieces at the platform level.
- Challenging current processes to introduce more automation.
- Create ideas and take responsibility for existing and new projects.
Requirements:
- Several years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity in either DevOps, integration or infrastructure role.
- Strong and proven Automation experience with CI/CD in the public cloud using industry standards.
- Understanding of automation tools like Ansible.
- Basic know-how on Teraform, yaml-pipelines, helm charts, build agents, scripting (bash).
- Strong expertise in container-based (Docker / Kubernetes) fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic knowledge and experience with software engineering including Java and Python.
- Experience with Cloud managed services (e.g. Blob Storage, databases, Insights, Security Center).
- Enjoy working in an Agile environment.
- Worked with CI/CD for integration, migration and deployment: Expertise in automated build, test & deploy with an operational point of view as focus.
- Experience of working in a Linux environment.
- Very good English-speaking skills (German is a bonus.
