As the market leader in network video, they are driving the industry by continually launching innovative network products based on an open platform - delivering high value to customers through a global partner network. The are looking for an experienced FPGA engineer to assist them in a 12 month project.
Responsibilities:
• Development of video signal processing in high-end camera systems
• Requirements analysis, conception, implementation and integration of complex algorithms (VHDL)
• Simulation and verification of designs through automated testbenches / scripts
• Commissioning of FPGA designs as well as metrological verification of the programmed interfaces
• Independent implementation of designs in complex specifications
• Documentation and review of FPGA designs
• Collaboration in a young and motivated project team
Requirements:
• Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, embedded systems, information technology or comparable
• Experience in FPGA design and simulation (VHDL)
• Experience in timing analysis and constraining for high speed systems is an advantage
• Knowledge in CMOS sensors and / or image processing desirable
• Customer orientation and a strong communication and team skills
• High commitment, initiative and willingness to learn
• Good German and English spoken and written
