Dear Ladies and Gentlemenfor our Customer we want a Senior IT Projektmanager with following discription:
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- manage local, regional and global IT projects as well as feasibility studies with varying levels of complexity
- manage projects from concept through to implementation and delivery across multiple locations, countries and disciplines
- deliver projects within agreed timeframe, budget and scope
- develop and execute project plans and assign individual responsibilities to project team
- identify, structure, manage and track issues to ensure committed dates and deliverables
- take responsibility for gathering project requirements, define and document solutions and associated cost pictures accordingly
staff, manage and coach your project team(s)
- conduct regular reporting
Technical requirements:
- proven ability to plan and manage IT projects using leading methodologies, focus on:
- scoping, planning, scheduling, resource allocation
- adherence to budget
- issue tracking and remediation
- risk management
- stakeholder management and communication
- proven track record of delivering complex projects to tight deadlines and high quality standards
- being technically minded and experience in large organisations with mature production environments and according processes is a must
- IT infrastructure operations or deployment background in enterprise data centres with state of art technologies is beneficial
Non-technical requirement:
- strong leadership skills and the ability to form and motivate teams without having any hierarchical responsibility is a must
- strong analytical and problem solving skills, thinking out of the box, being proactive
- ability to work effectively and efficiently, being calm under pressure
- resilience in delivering projects even in challenging environments
- having a deep passion to establish IT end2end services bringing value add to customer
- outstanding communicator, brings a flair for networking across departments, communicating with a range of audiences including executives as well as engineers, negotiating positive outcomes
- a sound understanding of stakeholder relationship development working at all levels
- results-oriented and self-motivated, strong focus on achieving jointly agreed tasks
- ability to work in global virtualised teams as a team player, cooperative
- understanding different cultures as advantage
Methodology / certification requirements:
- bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent through experience
- project management certification(s) is a plus Language Requirements
- Local language German for Germany + English fluent (mandatory)
