Cloud Service Owner / Architect

Location: 30min from Würzburg
Duration: 6 months rolling contract
Start: the beginning of Jan 2019
Utilization: 4 days onsite, 1 remote

Senior Consultant needed who is a great communicator and able to build a datacenter Network for example.

Experience in:
Azure, AWS, Migration in die Cloud konzipieren, Solution Architect
Azure, AWS, conceptions to migration in the cloud, Solution Architect


English would be enough but German would be icing on the cake


Responsibilities:

• Design of future proof Cloud infrastructure services in alignment with Enterprise architecture
• Setup related policies and support processes for the future service
• Work with other Service and System Owners to develop
o next generation of working environment with regards to cloud computing
o future proof hybrid on prem and cloud based data center model
• Develop business cases to support decision making
• Interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders to understand their relevant needs
• Work with Project Teams to initiate the project delivery for the implementation of future services
• Drive analysis and continuous improvement for respective service area
• Act as escalation path and ensure professional provider management for 3rd level support
• Ultimately accountable for the related services and reviews/signs off change requests
• Communicate with Senior Management Team to support decision making process regarding next generation service


Competencies:

• Substantial experience in working in international IT Service Organizations
• Expert in cloud services and cloud based infrastructure architecture concepts
• Proven track record in designing and/or delivering complex and innovative services
o 10 yrs experience in the field of IT Infrastructures
o 7 yrs experience in designing and shaping cloud services for a multicultural and international environment
• Strong experience in cloud services and infrastructures, such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Strong experience in Office 365 services
• Creative thinker and early adopter mentality
• Good understanding of IT Data Center Design
• Good understanding of Security and Data Protection
• Very strong service attitude and proactive team player
• Strong communication skills, both within the IT community as well as with key business stakeholders, including the ability to present to senior management
