Roles & the Responsibilities :-
Vendor coordination for HW procurement
Perform Image loading& Configuration & testing
Perform/Assist Data Backup
Perform/Assist Data Restore
User Scheduling
User Coordination,
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports
Handover the assets to the users& Asset Update
Process Skills:
• ITIL
• Service Now
Behavioral Skills:
• Good in communication
• Positive energy
• Positive attitude
• Self learner
Qualification:
• Degree or equivalent
• MS certification desirable
About the practice/ Project:
• Perform HW refresh for replacing the existing EOL devices.
