Details:
Know how: Chatbot architecture, understanding of major bot platforms (e.g. LUIS, IBM, …), some “consulting skills”
Tasks:
o Analyze IT landscapes of existing chatbot projects within client environment
o Screen architecture of other chatbots
o Analyze market solutions for chatbot platform (e.g. Avaamo) – incl. workshops with selected providers
o Contribute to business & technical requirements definition workshops
o Document target platform requirements to scale chatbots at client (Bot platform)
Deliverables:
o Proposed reference architecture for client bot platform (IT landscape) developed
o Platform capability breakdown (components) collected and described and aligned with the client entities
o Concept for backend integrations scenarios (transactional / big data environments) developed
o Non-functional requirements (data privacy, IT security and performance, …) documented as basis for expert discussions
