L3 support C# -LinQ, Web Services and SQL Server wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- In-depth experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Proficiency in C# developing coupled with sound knowledge in LinQ, web services, SQL Server and IIS
- Profound background in Wealth Management, Release Management as well as Trading- and Front-Office applications
- Work experience in querying relational databases and good understanding of administrating Windows Servers
- Professionalism in MSBI, e.g. SQL Server Integration services, Analysis services and Reporting Services
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken. German and polish are advantageous
Your tasks:
- Managing and supporting complex software applications
- Handling incidents escalated by 1st and 2nd line support
- Building relationships with stakeholders
- Keeping the operational and technical documentation up-to-date
- Implementing new requirements, with particular focus on performance and scalability
