Drug Product Lead wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical industry.Your experience/skills:
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or in another related discipline with excellent theoretical and scientific knowledge
- 5+ years' work experience within pharmaceutical industry including sound knowledge of late phase pharmaceutical development for biologics and process engineering of sterile dosage forms
- Broad scientific and strategic background with proven track record of process transfer, validation and regulatory submissions including health authority inspections
- Deep understanding of commercial manufacturing beside the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing the drug product team and representing pharmaceutical development on the CMC sub team
- Conducting all assigned drug product development activities applying state of the art technologies
- Analysing and interpreting results, evaluating data and writing reports beside generating scientific documents to hand over to internal partners
- Supporting generation of internal registration documents for market authorization and interact with authorities where appropriate
- Helping with overall development strategies and evaluation of new scientific technologies as well as identifying opportunities for invention disclosures
