Our customer is looking for a Technical / Solution Architect Cloud Technologies (f/m)
The scope of the mission is:
- Engineer, analyse and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Design and scope solutions for local, regional and global projects taking into account strategy and market best practices
- Ensure successful implementation of designed solutions in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Drive technical decisions throughout the full project lifecycle
- Present to all levels of the organization (staff, management, governance boards)
- Work in close collaboration with application architecture teams of our customers, technical specialists in as well as with external providers and integrators
- Anticipate impact on infrastructure landscape
- Define solutions taking into account strategy and market best practices
- Ensure successful realization in an agile modus
- Collaborate closely with Business and IT starting at an early stage
Anforderungen: Requirements:
- Multi-year experience Lead technical architect in an international environment, ideally in the Insurance or Bank business
- Excellent knowledge in cloud technologies and cloud frameworks based on Azure o AWS and their usage profile as well as integration scenarios into legacy environments
- Sound knowledge in key technology areas, like
o State of the art Operating Systems – Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server
o Virtualisation – ESX/VMWare, HyperV, Citrix
o Storage technologies & Archiving systems – Netapp, Centera, Hitachi SAN
o Directories / Authentication – (Oracle) LDAP, Active Directory, Siteminder)
o Databases – Oracle, SQL Server, noSQL Databases like Mongo
o Network - Protocols, Load Balancers, Security Systems (F5, Cisco, Checkpoint)
o Web-/ Application Services – Jboss, WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache, IIS
o Application level security systems – Web Application Firewall, XML-Gateway
o Enterprise Integration Systems – SAG WebMethods, Informatica, SAS
- Good understanding of tools and processes of the software development lifecycle (Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, Subversion)
- Strong presentation skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Being a team player
-Experience with agile project management
Language Requirements
- Excellent language skills German, English
