UX StrategistRole and Responsibilities
? Experienced in all aspects of UX design, Visual design
? Ability to be very hands-on with art direction, mood boards, color theory
? Understanding customer’s brief and converting it into appealing, highly usable visual designs
? Ability to conduct client workshops, create quick sketches of requirements during the workshops
? Playback wireframes to clients and get their buy-in
? Presenting high fidelity designs/mock-ups for review/iteration/approval
? Working directly with customers in an iterative/agile manner to dramatically improve the prototypes in a short time
? Engaging with the business development teams/customers to gain deeper understanding of customers’ business problem/goals
Qualifications and Education Requirements
? 10+ Years of experience
? Preferably graduate from a premier design school (IIT(IDC) / NID/ Symbiosis / MIT IDor any International design institutes); HFI or similar certification is preferable
? Background and experience working in the IT industry and in development of consumer grade web and mobile designs
Preferred Skills
User research, interaction design, information architecture, persona definition, usability testing, prototyping, Storyboarding , Experience in tools like Adobe Creative cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Axshare, Invision and Sketch.
