Beschreibung
• MS degree in Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Mining, Analytics, or other quantitative field• 3+ years professional experience in Analytics or other quantitative disciplines (or 5+ years and BS in lieu of MS degree)
• Hands on experience coding with R, Python, Hadoop, Spark and SQL (SAS nice to have)
• Experience with Azure data lake is strong plus
• Experience with Logit/Probit, SVM, PCA, Heckman Selection, Bayesian models, Collaborative Filtering and Matrix Factorization, clustering and regression trees
• Proven experience developing sound analytics-based solutions to business problems, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. The ability to explain technical concepts and analyses implications clearly to a wide audience, and can translate business objectives into actionable analyses is required.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
