Digital Consultant/ Digital Consulting ManagerThe digital consultant ( and/or)consulting manager (CM) ( flexible to hire at either level based on experience) will represent BE.’s digital services in the given client/vertical. The CM will work with senior leadership at clients to to frame and help solve complex organizational issues and benefit from emerging opportunities leveraging digital technologies. The Consultant/Consulting Manager will work closely with the TechMahindra eco system ( existing clients, sales teams etc) and existing BE. practice leads to develop and grow BE. in the assigned territory. Accountability would be akin to a startup CEO, owning end to end responsibility for client acquisition and oversight over client value delivery for digital consulting projects. This is an ideal opportunity to grow and shape a consulting business.
Responsibilities
• Delivery of /oversight of digital consulting projects
• Order acquisition for digital advisory projects
• Oversight over client value delivery in digital advisory
• Represent and establish BE. digital advisory services with TechMahindra customer acquisition teams /or independently
• Recruit, Mentor, Motivate and coach teams
• Develop methods and frameworks to industrialize delivery of digital consulting
• Build a partner ecosystem to support acquisition and delivery of work
Prerequisites
• Experience in digital advisory work ( beyond customer experience);e.g. IoT, AI etc
• Experience in business capability/process transformation leveraging digital technologies
• Experience in methods like design thinking
• Management Graduate from a Top Tier institution
• Upto 10 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience at a reputed CONSULTING organization
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders in ‘ill defined’ roles
• A track record of delivering complex consulting engagements successfully
• Experience working in multiple industries and business areas
• Agile and adaptable with a high tolerance for uncertainty and ambiguity , willing and capable of defining a path of action and staying the course
