On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for anAvaloq - Deployment & Release Manager - F/M - 100%
Your challenges
In this role you will be responsible for managing the Avaloq Release processes, considering project (change) and business as usual demand. Along the daily operational and quite technical tasks this function asks for being able to answer many questions about code development and software change process.
Furthermore, you will:
Additionally to the regular release integration, the function supports the Avaloq Release Upgrade projects with planning, analysis, parametrisation, testing and implementation.
The role owner will not exclusively work with and for the Avaloq system, but also coordinate or execute tasks for related satellite systems, such as e-Banking, e-Archive, Datawarehouse etc.
The function is positioned within a team Releasemanagers and collaborates closely with Application Management and IT Test Management.
Key Accountabilities:
Database Management Support (Avaloq Environment Management)
Developer Support (Param Guidelines, Performance, Processes)
Change auditing
Change integration and release packaging
Change and Release Deployment
Analysis and Solution Development
Support Test and Integration Management
Support Tools and Operations Services (operation and/or development of own tools)
Project support (consulting), Parametrisation, Performance Optimisation
Interface to 3rd Party Provider/Suppliers
Operations: ICE (Eclipse), Avaloq Databases, DB Cockpit (Java Application), TOSCA
Performance Analysis and Testing
Application Developer (internal Tools)
Deployment Automation (Oracle, Unix)
Your skills
Technical
Unix, Java and/or PL/SQL
Avaloq Certification
you are:
Solution and service oriented, taking over ownership
Good social grace in contact with business and IT Developers
Own initiative, self-starter qualities and persistency
Analytical & structured thinking / working
Very good communication skills, Able to work under pressure, Teamplayer
English spoken / written fluent, German is highly advantageous
Required Experience
Release & Deployment Management (3 years)
Avaloq Parametrisation / Release Management
Avaloq Release Upgrade (within the past 2 years)
ICE (Avaloq Workbench)
Unix
