We are currently recruiting for a 2G3G Back Office Engineer to join their business in South Africa.

Position Title: 2G3G Back Office Engineer

Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities

Responsible for preventative maintenance

Dispatch fault repair tasks

Update trouble reports

Run tests against impacted resources to identify problems

Create change requests



Qualifications

5+ years of most recent experience in configuration and detailed incident/problem management in large scale projects

Extensive experience in technical drawings or operational specifications

ZTE experience is a must here

Strong understanding of 2G/3G system

Fluent English and recent project Experience in EU
