Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2977 for a Business Analyst (f/m) IT Security, 2FA, Access Management.Project environment
Security IT is a group-wide function which ensures integrated, secure and risk-aware IT operations for UBS by offering best fit, easy to leverage, reliable and cost effective security services, tools, processes and expertise across all business groups.
The bank is looking for a well-rounded Business Analyst with business process engineering experience, preferably someone who has worked on similar initiatives (e.g. Information security, 2 Factor Authentication, credential management, building access management systems etc.), available to start immediately for 3-4 Months.
The 2FA program was set up to deliver a global solution to increase the protection of the banks client and employee data through the delivery of consistent 2 factor authentication and building access, group wide for the banks staff.
Tasks
• Translating existing documentation / conversations into process maps / diagrams.
• Is responsible to contribute to a positive team spirit.
• Review and update approx. 25 existing processes for logical and physical access.
• Attend workshops / meetings and ensure process related outcomes are documented in process maps / diagrams.
• Produce final process maps/diagrams for syndication with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
• 5 years’ experience as Business Analyst is required.
• Experience with similar initiatives (e.g. Information security, 2 Factor Authentication, credential management, building access management systems etc.).
• Global banking experience within the IT Security area would be beneficial.
• Ability to consolidate multiple processes into a single process.
• Good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint), and in particular Visio.
• Able to travel for short periods within Europe.
• Ability to act independently within own area of expertise and executes her / his functions and tasks.
• Excellent communication and fluent English language skills.
• Self-starter who does not require close supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
