Aufgaben:

Aktuell sind wir für einen unserer Kunden auf der Suche nach einem NVH Expert (m/w).

+ Professional guide in NVH test bench building for electric vehicle power chain and control system (eg.: E-motor, decelerator.)
+ Accelerate the NVH test bench laboratory to get global compliance certification according to customer’s requirement
+ Introduction NVH test method and standard of electric vehicle power chain system of other OEMs in Germany
+ Perform noise and vibration simulation for electrical vehicle, E-motor, decelerator and power chain
+ Guide NVH members to perform a precise noise and vibration simulation
+ Analysis and explanation of NVH differences in the German OEM’s different products and NVH standard
+ Active participation in NVH test, analysis and troubleshooting of electric vehicle power chain
+ Introduction of vibration and noise emission principle of electric vehicle and power chain.
+ Suggestion for different kinds of NVH improvement method and give explaining.
+ Guide in noise and vibration source fixation in both vehicle and components
+ Guide in vehicle NVH test and evaluation.

Anforderungen:

+ Familiar with Maxwell, LMS. Virtual lab., Actran, Nastran, Hypermesh, FEM tools, LMS.vibration measurement, LMS.acoustic measurement, Matlab
+ Trouble analysis tool, OPLs, time line
+ Familiar with electric vehicle, vehicle component, E-motor, decelerator and power chain system.
+ Familiar with electromagnetic modeling and electromagnetic force simulation.
+ Excellent experience on electric vehicle, E-motor and power chain NVH testing
+ Good in 3D & 1D acoustic simulation and NVH structure simulation
+ Experience (sound insulation, sound identification, sound pressure/ power level measurement, sound quality evaluation, etc)
+ Acoustic & vibration fundamental knowledge
+ Digital signal process
+ Acoustic devices knowledge (sound source, microphone, acceleration transducer, hammer, etc)
+ Familiar with NVH measurement standard
+ Systematic and comprehensive knowledge of filtration, CFD, FEA
+ Electric vehicle power chain or vehicle research/ development relevant experience is necessary
+ Familiar with the multiple test condition, such as bench test/ roll dyno test/ road test
