> Further development of business processes that affect payment transactions> Cross-Process Analysis and Process Modeling for Payment Transaction Issues> Collaboration with Business and Operations in the area of payment transactions> Requirements Management (analysis, evaluation and together with application development the implementation of IT requirements)> IT-internal test of newly developed and modified programs including the creation of test documentation> Stakeholder analysis and coordination of IT requirements with internal and external stakeholders> IT system documentation and process documentation> Collaboration in banking and IT projects and assuming IT responsibility> Production support and third-level Support (error analysis, support for questions and complaints from customers, etc.)> Takeover of call waiting for payments
You are best suited if you
> Have a degree in (business) computer science, business administration or an equivalent qualification,> have acquired solid knowledge and corresponding professional experience in the banking sector (private and corporate customer business),> have experience in the field of payment transactions (mass and individual payment transactions),> Have project experience (classic and agile projects) and enjoy working in an agile (change) environment,> have experience with payment applications (eg van den Berg PPM),> have structured writing skills and oral presentation skills,> have knowledge in relational databases, preferably ORACLE,> have a structured, goal-oriented and solution-oriented working method as well as> strong communication and persuasiveness, resilience and flexibility,> very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English,> one have a high willingness to learn and develop and are open to new technologies.
