What would you be doing?
You will work together with a team of data scientists to discover results and insights that drive our client’s workforce strategy, ensuring they continue to attract, develop, and retain the most talented people in the industry.
For this, you will:
Apply your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, statistics, or psychometrics
Access existing data in a massive data warehouse, as well as articulate new data requirements
Develop predictive models that explain or predict hiring outcomes, productivity, engagement, and retention
Prepare and deliver powerful presentations with rich data visualizations and meaningful business conclusions
Participate in data science learning sessions, and continue to explore emerging methods and technologies in the analytics space
Do you have what it takes?
Deep understanding of common data science concepts, including machine learning or deep learning techniques (e.g., K-NN, naïve Bayes, SVM, decision trees, multilayer perceptrons, regression, statistical significance testing)
Two semesters or one year of academic or work experience using SQL database technologies
Two semesters or one year of academic or work experience with R, Python, or other statistical or machine learning scripting languages
Ability to clearly and concisely explain the output of technical analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences
Advantage:
Two semesters or one year of academic or work experience with NLP/text analytics, and modeling unstructured data
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics) or a social science with a strong focus on quantitative methods (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Behavior, Anthropology
