* Determining and analyzing system requirements* Carrying out system and performance modeling, and identifying risks
* Identifying and closing gaps in agreement with the customer
* Translating customer specifications into IEE system requirements
* Estimating system costs
* Building system architecture and partitioning into subsystems
* Performing calculations, writing reports, and communicating with other team members
* An academic degree in electronics
* A good knowledge of the physics relating to capacitive measurement and mechanical system integration
* 2-3 years relevant work experience preferable in an automotive environment
* A good understanding of budgeting
* Know-how in electronics development (hardware and software)
* The ability to identify technical risks
* The ability to write clear documentation
* A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, DOORS and Matlab
* Fluency in English is mandatory, Italian and/or German are strong assets
