RIC Engineer

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a RIC Engineer, to join their business in South Germany.

Position Title: RIC Engineer
Position Type: contract
Start Date: Feb 2018
Duration: 3 months’ rolling, about 1 year project

Responsibilities:
- Support regional project team in terms of database maintaining and update milestones
- Responsible for integration and maintenance
- Integration support of customer’s BTS, BSC and BTS status handling
- Use of customer databases and daily operational tools

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- BSC6910 Platform BSC or RNC Implementation to RAN Network within the last 3 years. Including all Core Interfaces setup and configure.
- Over 5 years experience as engineer in telecom field.
- Experience of working on OMC / NMC / SMC.
- Knowledge in 2G/3G/4G LTE.
- Experience in operation and functional understanding of network equipment.
- Experience with Network Management Systems and Applications.
- Preferable Working knowledge in a Network Operations Centre.
- Working knowledge with service management processes.
- Ability to speak and write clearly in both English and conversational German.
