Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintenance
Integration support
Dispatch fault repair tasks
Update trouble reports
Alarm handling of BSC and BTS
Run tests against impacted resources to identify problems
Create change requests
Acceptance reporting and handover
Qualifications:
Working Experience in the E Plus Network, field force is preferred
Hands on experience with Coriant Routers in the E Plus network
OSN/Router installation and integration experience
Understand Transmission knowledge (OSN/Router) and Telecommunication standards.
After learning and getting training within 1-2 months, able to give guidance to OSN/Router installation and commissioning & integration
Able to communicate with customer and manage subcontractor to follow the project progress
Target-oriented
Able to work under stress and pressure
Proficient German speaking
Optional Experience:
Quality Check experience with Site Documentation from partners
Civil Works experience
