Responsibilities:
Responsible for CXO level communication, End to End Quality of service reporting to the CXO;
Engage and build strong relation with customer PD/PM/planning manager;
Communicate and negotiate all the technical issues with the customer during whole project, as KPIs, VIP complain, acceptance etc.;
Technical negotiation and presentation of all the solutions proposed by the company (design, feature, optimization, etc.);
Qualification
20+ years telecom experience, HUAWEI network management preferred;
MOCN(Multi-Operator Core Network) experience preferred;
Orange group relationship, previous Orange experience is a big plus;
End to end knowledge of network performance optimization( core/ transmission/ BSS/ RF);
Strong presentation skills;
High degree of self confidence and excellent analytical and conceptual skills.;
Strong ability to guide customer, know how to argue with customer in proper way;
Fluent English and French;
