We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious ICT company, to join their project in China.

Responsibilities:
Act as the BDM (Business Development Manager) and work with the Client's sales, marketing and solution extended teams as well as with customer/prospect Managers to quickly determine if an opportunity should be developed, or formally closed out as an invalid business opportunity.
Responsible for creating and building relationships that will result in additional revenue and revenue opportunity within the geography or enterprise.
Invest the Client's resources to ensure coverage and penetration for new opportunities.
Lead very large multifunctional teams to develop and close the most complex, leading-edge, high-risk opportunities, planning and leading negotiations with all levels of customer/prospect management, including senior Manager management.
Use various tools, metrics and financial analysis techniques in the opportunity qualification and assessment process.
Act as a mentor to less experienced professionals within and outside the profession.
Exhibit entrepreneurial behavior with customers/prospects to instill confidence that the Client is committed to building solid relationships in CSP market spaces.
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
Minimum 12 years of experience in IT industry.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development.
Minimum 5 years of experience with engaging with industry leaders to build business relationships.
Minimum 5 years of experience in working with client C-Suite including CEO.
Profound IT industry and associated leading edge solutions and strategies experience that can be applied to opportunities at business unit, country or international levels.
Profound strategic thinking, excellent knowledge of different business models and related operations as well as the IT evolution/transformation roadmaps.
Excellent knowledge of various techniques and tools (e.g., opportunity assessment resources, global finance planning, etc.) to help reduce selling cycle time and to bring innovative, executable solutions to customers/prospects in the most timely manner.
Very familiar with the competition's offerings, strategies, and plans. Able to effectively differentiate the Client's offerings from the competition and able to create distinct customer preferences for the Client's offerings.
Knows when to bring elements of competitors' offerings or products into the equation to create the highest yielding deal for the customer and the Client.
Able to manage customers/prospects and opportunities that are perishable and highly visible, complex, competitive, leading edge or difficult.
Able to lead business unit, country or international teams of professionals including Frontline Service Solution Sales, Account Responsible, Solution Architects and the Client's Business Partners and others to identify opportunities.
Flexible with extensive worldwide travelling (50%>).
Fluent written and spoken English (Chinese preferred).
