Senior Engineer for Engine and CoolingOur client, a global leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing company, is looking for a Senior Engineer for Engine and Cooling to join their business in Germany or Finland.

Responsibilities:
- Engineering of Engine and Cooling compartment for Combine harvester, Forest machine and other products. Leaded by chief engineer.
- Create and release detailed drawings for part development through production friendly and economical processes by involving the suppliers upfront and benchmarking the latest designs.
- Validate the engines to ensure the robustness and reliability as expected by customer by durability tests designed to consider real world usage and abuse.
- Ensure productionisation of the engine to facilitate smooth launch of the new vehicle / vehicle variant by implementing necessary changes with the help of launch team at mfg location.
- Monitor and Guide to calibration team to deliver correct quality of engine performance, emission compliance and FI targets defined in PCF.
- Benchmark of various engine Technologies and innovatively use it to current/newly developed engines to meet current/future engines need.
Qualifications:
- 5-12 years of mechanical engineering.
- Diesel engine integration to the base machine with all needed mechanical components.
- Experience of different emission level techniques valued.
- Experience from agricultural machines valued.
- Experience from mobile machinery required.
- Understanding of all components related to engine (electrical and aftertreatment side).
- Experience from 3D cad with sheet metal and modular structures required.
- German or Finnish and English language skills.
