Projektbeschreibung:Our customer is looking for a customer focused, technically savvy, and highly motivated individual to join their team of simulation experts. You will be focusing on their structural FEA products, products utilizing the industry standard Autodesk Nastran. The support team is responsible for providing solutions to both customers and sales partners, both with the goal of making the customer effortless productive with their simulation software.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will use your customer facing skills alongside your engineering knowledge to provide timely assistance for Autodesk Nastran and related products. In this position you have the opportunity to expand your engineering knowledge throughout a variety of industries which utilize our simulation software. You will interact with our customers through multiple modalities, such as email, phone, web chat, and forums. During this process you will capture what you learn and then share that knowledge with the user community through technical articles and in-depth webinars.
Working with your global support team, you will interact and build relationships with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Experience Design and Sales teams to ensure continual improvement to the customer experience.

3D Mechanical CAD software (Autodesk Inventor / Fusion 360 / Solidworks / Solid Edge)
