Responsibilities:
You will be part of the LTE TDD project.
Define the network strategy.
Optimize network to achieve good performance.
Qualifications?:
Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent level gained by experience, in Information Technology/Electronics/Telecommunications/Data communications Engineering.
5+ years LTE/UMTS radio optimization experience, especially for LTE TDD experience need to have more than 2 years.
Deeply understand the 3GPP protocol.
Define the optimization strategy.
DT analysis skill is mandatory.
Good communication skill and can convince customer to accept the cluster.
Good English speaking and writing is mandatory.
