Responsibilities
1st and 2nd level Desktop Support
First line of contact for Office user for all issues
Outlook client support Specifically in an Exchange server environment
Lync / Skype for Business client support
Ability to support mobile devices in a MS messaging world
Hardware Support for Client Devices
Qualification
Junior candidate, hungry to join a global technology team
Strong Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 knowledge
Excellent MS Office 2010 knowledge
Strong MAC knowledge
Good customer facing and communication skills
Can work independently
Strong team player
Fluent German & English
