Responsibilities;

? Design market survey methodology for the Smartphone products in West European (WEU)

countries

? Cooperate with Product, Marketing, Sales and retailer teams, carry out market survey projects

in WEU region

? Overall responsibility for survey projects and 3rd party survey online resource management

? Main point of contact for 3rd party market survey agencies

? Create and find market opportunity in Smartphone ecosystem through survey projects

? Define project targets together with function departments, carry out projects and prepare reports

to analyze the needs of end users, understand consumer profile and define strategy

? Design and review in-depth interview outline and quantitative questionnaires

? Interview consumers then summarize and analyze reports, utilize website survey tool to send out

questionnaire, generate and analyze research reports

? Carry out projects and make sure the projects fulfill the requirements

? Agency management and report quality control, also big data report and delivering of key

information to understand customer behavior

? Market intelligence and competition analysis

Qualification

? 8+ years of market survey experience, ideally in the smartphone industry

? Technical background with mobile devices

? Knowledge of market survey tools and experience with big data would be a plus

? Good understanding of WEU Smartphone market trends, Clouds service, popular apps and

features

? Excellent product enablement, presentation and communication skills
