Currently we are searching for support in PMO Engineering & Construction Airbus A350 DV (m/w).Your tasks:
Ramp- up
• Prepare and support weekly meetings
• Follow up actions & Inputs
• Edit and distribute action list
• Coordinating personnel's assignments
GRAMS
• Prepare and support meetings
• Secure allocation of required documents
• Support clear standards and structures
• Counterpart and contact person
• Frequently updating GRAMS documents
• Organization, preparation and proceed of GRAMS milestone reviews (internal/external)
• Preparation and tracking of actions and follow-ups
KPI
• Support KPI definition and implementation
• Increase validity and accuracy of reports/ presentation
• Performance of KPI meetings
• Summary of KPI reports for Head of Central Program Management
Recovery Management
• Support and lead Program recovery activities
• Steering and Tracking of Follow- up actions and recovery plans
• Manage interdependencies jointly with involved departments
CoCPIT
• Tracking of end to end planning of CRs in CoCPIT
• Organization and performance of CR meetings on WP level
• Reporting and escalation of critical CRs on Program level
Your skills:
• 2 years experience
• Airbus-knowledge
• Hands-on mentality
• SAP experience
• CoCPIT experience (Add-on für SAP) - nice to have
