Responsibilities:
Work as a technical lead and be responsible for the solution architecture to meet customer requirements including not only functionality, but also performance, scalability, flexibility, security and high availability.
Responsible for the carrier Data Center IT Infrastructure System integration delivery, such as planning, implementation, service migration, etc.
Responsible for Data Center IT Infrastructure System integration service solution pre-sales.
In charge of management and communication with CXO level customers and subcontractors, enhance customer satisfaction and promote the market consolidation and development.
Qualifications/Skills required:
Min. 10+ years of work experience on DC/IT infrastructure support and administrative positions.
Familiar with common IT services standards such as ITIL.
Worked as a technical team lead on min. 3 End-to-End storage/network/backup/DR or cloud projects.
TCP/IP network and SAN: familiar with router, FC/Ethernet switches, FC/IP SAN, NAS, Trunk, Stack RIP, OSPF, etc.
Cloud Computing: deep understanding of public & private cloud services and business models such as hosting, co-location, cloud storage, cloud host and other IDC services; involved in min. three or more cloud computing projects bid & implementation.
Backup and DR: familiar with backup and Data Protection software (such as NBU, CV Simpana) and data replication of host/storage/application (such as SAN Mirror).
Deep understanding of data center evolution of trends.
