For our client we are looking for a Back office Integration Radio engineer (m/f)Main Area of responsibility:
• Support, trigger, prepare or – whenever applicable - provide necessary integration pre-activities (»Arbeits-Vorbereitung«)"
• Integration of new Access or Transport NE or a functionality within OSS System
• Integration of new NE within Core Network in case of a BSC/RNC
• Data fill from the Back-Office using Network Management System
• Support of the On-Site Integration
• Implement & Check fault free DCN connectivity using Network Management System and Purchaser Tools on entire link chain
• Handover of the NE to Purchaser (Back-Office & SOC) after a agreed stability period
• Documentation and customer tool status update (NetSite, APT, Digis, Daylight, NGNP)
Key Tasks
• Verify the A-bis/Iub connection to the higher level network element (e.g. BSC/RNC).
• Verify and set-up the system monitoring (remote supervision) for the involved NE’s. En-sure that the involved systems are Alarm and Error free
• Set-up and verify the synchronization of the involved NE’s
• Prepare the configuration data in CCM & TCM
• Implement the configuration data to the Network using the relevant Network Manage-ment Systems (Netact, M2000, Insightnet)
• Configuration of Routers
• CC Trail and configuration of Huawei OSN’s
• CC Trail and configuration of microwave links
• Data fill of ATM switches
• Data fill of GSM BS & BSC
• Data fill of UMTS NodeB & RNC
• Data fill of LTE eNodeB
• Ethernet Activation of Node-B
Key Performance Indicators:
• Reporting Radio Integration progress
• Radio Integration Lead Time
Key Competencies:
• Five years experience in telecoms RAN integration arena.
• A minimum of three years experience working with Nokia 2G, 3G and LTE RAN : 2G BTS, 3G NodeB, LTE eNodeB, BSC, RNC and NetAct OSS Configuration Management applications.
• Microwave Radio and Transmission Networks, with a back ground of at least 1 years experi-ence.
• Knowledge of mobile / internet network infrastructure
• High level of computer literacy working with MS Office and Internet applications
• Fluent German and English
