Project Specialist - RomaniaWe are currently recruiting for our client, prestigious Telecommunication company, for Service Center Project Specialist to join their project in Romania.

The project specialist shall participate a number of projects in mobile and fixed networks. This includes internal processes handling and external parties/ suppliers coordination.
The project specialist should be able to assist and coordinate various activities from planning, deployment and quality plans and acceptance.
Main Responsibilities:
PO/PR handling, Database maintenance, ticket distribution and documentation.
Ensure all deliverables SLAs and timelines are met.
Produce relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner at the agreed frequency.
Produce detailed project plans highlighting dependencies.
Skills and required experiences:
Project Assistant or Junior Specialist experience in IT or Telecom industry.
PO/PR handling or documentation experience.
Good communication, negotiation and reporting skills.
German speaking and English fluency.
Master in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
Ideally 2 years related work experience.
