Senior Performance Engineer (m/w)
Wir sind IT-Dienstleister für Projekte, Expertenleasing sowie Personalvermittlung und mit rund 700 angestellten Mitarbeitern für namhafte Unternehmen tätig.

Für ein Projekt bei einem unserer Kunden in Hamburg suchen wir einen Senior Performance Engineer (m/w)
Aufgabenbeschreibung:

• Support our project as a performance engineer with focus on performance / load testing and analysis
• Review the load test platform and process

1. Identification of the best toolset to generate a load via HTTP Java Serialization
(Spring Remoting), Web Services, JMS and batch jobs
2. Enhance / adapt the process in order to be more reliable
3. Support to setup and define the performance test infrastructure
4. Provide realistic suggestions of improvements accordingly to the project priorities

• Drive load test scenarios roadmap

1. Organizing, structuring topics
2. Identify issues proactively and state reporting
3. Following up milestones
4. Possible to manage one additional resource in order to partially delegates some tasks

• Write / run the load test scenario

1. Assimilation of functional and non-functional requirements, especially response time and throughput
2. Collaboration with different kind of team member (business representative,
developer, datacenter administrators…)
3. Generate the necessary data for scenarios, performing development implementation can be required

• Publish dashboard
• Pre analyze / analyze performance issues
• Coach and train project members (developers, testers) in creating and analyzing performance tests

Anforderungen:

• Experiences in performance testing, analyzing and optimization of Java-base client/server applications
• Experiences with the performance & load tool: Apache JMeter and monitoring tool AppDynamics

· Experience with other tools could be a plus (e.g. NeoLoad, LoadRunner)

• Experience on infrastructure especially on clustered environments (Oracle RAC, load balancer)
• Java development (Spring, JPA/Hibernate, JMS, Web Services, Quartz)
• Oracle Database Know how
• Understanding functional and non functional requirements
• Clear, synthetic, concise communication
• fluent English
