CRM Business Analyst/BSS/Telco
1. Target - Develop & implement an impressive CRM demo as this is the key Front End application in BSS transformations
2. Planned activities
Current state analysis - Map the existing CRM Demo Capabilities and environment
Define detailed demo requirements and do gap analysis
Work with BUSS team to enhance demo capabilities according to gap analysis
Configure CRM demo environment with RWCE selected use cases
Execute Telco CRM demos to selected customers
Providing KT and support to the rest of the EP team SAs and PCs
3. Role profile
The key skill for this role is deep expertise in CRM business requirements of European telecommunication service providers:
5-7 years Previous work experience for Telco operators in Europe as business analyst in the CRM domain
Expertise in Telco CRM business processes
Knowledge of existing CRM products in the market - participated in solution
English Speaking. German is beneficial
