For our customer in Cologne, Germany we are currently searching for a Cloud Expert(f/m)
Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: until end Dec 2015
Location: Cologne
Tasks:
. Translate the customer vision and requirements in technical specifications that technicians can execute upon
. Identify user requirements by researching and analysing user needs, preferences, objectives and working methods
. Provide consulting to our clients partners and customer
. Presentation of new technologies and solutions with the units involved at our client and at the end customer
. Close collaboration with international colleagues within the scope of the NE region and global client level
Skills:
. 3 to 5 years experience in multiple cloud environments with at least deep knowledge in either Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
. Good knowledge in Cloudformation, EC2, S3, Cloudwatch, SQS, SNS and their equivalents in a Microsoft Azure environment
. Good knowledge of the specific requirements of security in a cloud environment and how to make security an integrated design pattern of cloud environments
. Good knowledge in systems engineering in a Linux or a Windows server environment
. Good knowledge of Scripting languages (Python, Ruby or Powershell), existing CLIs and the available APIs for automation and realization of an Infrastructure as Code approach
. Good knowledge of system configuration management tools (Puppet or DSC)
. DevOps oriented thinking and acting and knowledge of common DevOps toolchains
. A good understanding of lean and agile methods and practices
. Fluent in English, Good German knowledge
