Connect44 are seeking a Business Operations Manager to work for us in Germany. Starting within 1 month. German language skills are a great bonus but are not neccesary for application.
Business Operation Manager
- Receive work-order tickets from the customer in the ticket systems
- Transfer the content from the customer work-order tickets to Internal Service Desk Management system and forward the tasks to the corresponding project teams
- Track the status of tasks and corresponding SLAs
- Update the status of customer work-order tickets, dependent on the progress
- Reporting about SLAs & KPIs
- Escalate if SLA in risk
Requirements
- Technical background within mobile and fixed networks infrastructure, especially within deployment and planning
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Bachelor degree in engineering or communication
- English and German fluency is needed
- Have the valid approval from the German government ( Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technik ) for Sicherheitsprüfung im vorbeugenden personellen Sabotageschutz in der Wirtschaft or at least fulfil the precondition to get it
- Experience with managing virtual teams across various geographical locations is a plus
- Experience with Vodafone Germany projects & familiarity with Vodafone technical processes is preferred
