Role DescriptionThe technical coordinator is responsible for the technical delivery and development on the TIBCO side which has to be aligned with our customor Development TIBCO Manager and the other relevant suppliers. As Technical Co-ordinator you work directly with the IT Project Manager. All reporting and alignments on the project are to be performed with the Project Manager.
Activity Description
- Closely coordinate on technical aspects with the Lead of the IT Architecture team and provide periodic updates on the project.
- Coordinate all Tibco-related activities regarding development and delivery.
- Closely coordinate with the TIBCO Consolidation IT Project Manager who is responsible for the delivery of the overall project and report on daily basis to her on the Tibco development status.
- Assist the IT Project Manager when needed in the coordination of the key stakeholders from TIBCO technical perspective.
- Prepare and propose the technical aspects for the workshops and align with the IT Project Manager.
- Proactively work on technical solutions in workshops / technical meetings as and when needed.
- Ensure the technical artefacts delivery are adhered to from the suppliers.
- Document technical impacts on ongoing and planned projects and align with IT Project Manager.
- Review the technical documents delivered as part of this project, align with all technical providers, provide feedback and consolidate the results.
- Attendance of weekly project meetings (remote or on site to be decided with IT Project Manager), workshops in person mandatory.
- Timely escalation of risks, issues, set mitigation steps and measures and decisions to the IT Project Manager.
Must have
- Knowledge on TIBCO Infrastructure.
- Have TIBCO suite of products know how and experience with Tibco (min 5 years)
- Have knowledge TIBCO infrastructure
- Work experience of min 5 years
- Business-fluent English
