For our international Client we are looking for an interim manager with the objective to support the IFRS conversion, Group Consolidaiton and preparation of financial statements in local (HGB) and international GAAP (IFRS).Kundendetails

Stellenbeschreibung
Subject matter expert in IFRS regulations and ensure proper application of IFRS regulations within the Group incl. IFRS chart of accounts and IFRS manual
Process Improvement Regional and Global Reporting
Consolidation of the group's actual results, budgets and forecasts
Maintain the Group's consolidation software and tools, especially Lucanet in close cooperation with the Senior Analyst Financial Information Systems
Quarterly and annually consolidated financial statements preparation/audit
Other projects and duties as assigned
Profil
Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience (including 3+ years of public experience or Big Four experience)
Exposure to consolidations in an international environment
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field with a financial major
Certified Public Accountant - Preferred
Master's Degree - Accounting Preferred
Mix of Big Four and Public Company experience preferred,
In depth knowledge of IFRS
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system a plus but not required
