Key Responsibilities:

Day to Day will include but not be limited to:

*Partner with internal Client Partners to define overall vision, objective, and rhythm for analytics workstreams
*Partner with internal Project Managers to set and hit milestones for projects
*Work with client campaign/program/project managers to understand their business needs/goals and develop measurement plans to measure core KPI's and optimize the site/campaign to drive better results
*Drive requirements gathering meetings with clients
*Provide analytics oversight and quality control for all analytics related deliverables
*Collaborate with internal/external Technical Services partners to understand and disseminate implementation specifications relevant to analytics team
*Lead the measurement and optimization activities for your stakeholders utilizing best practices from the full range of the web analytics discipline, including CRM/email
*Lead digital analytics initiatives that bring together various marketing groups around best practices and shared leanings including, but not limited to, the following areas:
oLead discovery and alignment sessions that will drive to consensus in KPI strategy
oAnalysing behavioural and attitudinal data and leveraging that data to better understand and improve customer engagement with client sites and campaigns
oMultivariate testing (ie, A/B split testing) to drive site/email optimization
oReport creation and automation
oOn the job client training of best practices and analytic systems

Key Skills and Experience

*BA or BS in a quantitative or related field
*10+ years of industry experience in digital marketing, interactive agency, consulting, digital analytics
*Hands-on experience in Adobe SiteCatalyst,
*Deep expertise in Excel including but not limited to PowerPivot, data tables, macros, data connections
*Ability to tell a story supported by data
*Ability communicate between technical and non-technical resources
*Attention to detail, results oriented, customer focused, team player, leader
*Ability to deal with ambiguity, strong problem solving skills, exercise sound business judgment
*Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to align with current business needs
*Focused; a self-starter with experience working in a very fast paced environment
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Strong problem assessment/analytical skills
*Strong client relationship skills are required with experience presenting information to large groups is highly desirable.
