IT Quality Manager
We are currently recruiting for our client, an International IT Organisation for IT Quality Manager to join their project in Ruhrgebiet, Germany.
Position Title: IT Quality Manager
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: October 2015
Duration: Rolling Contract
Location: Ruhrgebiet, Germany

Professional Experiences and Qualifications Required:
- University degree in IT, or extensive technical background in the IT domain.
- 5 - 10 years of extensive Quality Management experience in IT, preferably in a complex international environment.
- Experience in managing Outsourced Services - SLA.
- Experience in managing 3rd party quality assurance and making sure that work results and processes are in line with agreed standards.
- Experience in monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, producing data and reports on performance, measuring against set standards.
- Needs to be familiar with and have working experience with Quality Gate.
- Fluent English and Fluent German required.
