Our client is looking for an experienced QA Test Engineer to help execute test cases for one of their short term projects based in Central Berlin.
Key responsibilities:
The chosen candidate will need to refine requirements and user stories with test scenarios and acceptance criteria as well as preparing and executing test plans and test scripts during sprints. Performance, integration, regression and exploratory testing on top of test automation will also be required.
Skills
Previous experience as a QA engineer for software company
Experience with test planning and writing of the test cases
Knowledge of Java programming language
Practical knowledge of test automation tools with focus on HTTP, database
Experience with Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket
Familiarity with JSON, RESTful APIs and tools such as Apache Maven
A big advantage is KAFKA, Apache Hadoop and Spark
Based in Berlin, this is an English speaking role.
