For one of our Clients we are looking for an IT Service Manager / Outsourcing Manager (m/f).Project:
- selection of IT- Outsourcing and operational issues in Daily Business
Responsibilities:
- Closely work with Business Process Managers and CEO to develop IT strategy by evaluating organizational requirements, identifying and anticipating business needs and evaluating IT trends.
- Ensures availability, performance and continuous business alignment of IT applications and infrastructure landscape.
- Defines and enforces IT policies and procedures.
- Develops outsourcing standards and strategies.
- Identifies appropriate service providers and performs calls for proposals.
- Structures and negotiates outsourcing agreements and monitors agreed service levels and service provider performance.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget and managing IT purchases.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of extensive experience in selecting and managing IT service providers
- 2+ years of experience in an operative IT role (IT administrator, network administrator, IT security expert or similar)
- 2+ years of experience in application architecture
- Experience in carve-out projects (physical data transfer)
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft technologies and products (Exchange Server, MS Dynamics, SharePoint, MSSQL Server, MS Office etc.)
- Proven experience in: Project Management and Problem solving
