PMO required by one of our international clients to be based in Germany. This is a part time opportunity based on 5 days/week half day workload. You need to have experience with common project management techniques and tools. No SAP experience required.
You will need to take over the following tasks:
-Project planning (incl. resource and budget planning with MS Project, EPM)
-project controlling
-checking invoices, cost/budget controlling, completion of tasks-maintenance of project sharepoint (lists/logs and documents)
-creation of documents for project management
-presentations for steering committee, protocols, creation of slides for specific topics (eg. Archiving)
-support in project communication
-meeting service
