Tactical People is a computer consulting company founded in 2002, stemming from the twenty-year experience of the SIDI Group.
It works in the field of Information and Communication Technology as a strategic partner of large software and service companies, offering its customers highly qualified resources and generalist skills.
The mission of Tactical People is to provide strategic and operational support to companies wishing to manage complex technological infrastructures and successfully solve technical and functional IT issues without having to resort to staff increases.
In addition to traditional IT consulting, Tactical People also provides head hunting services and training on major application areas, also supporting companies in the development of internal expertise and the search for technicians highly specialised in IT technologies and platforms.

It avails of a pool of expert IT technicians, on which the company constantly invests to guarantee high quality standards, both in terms of skills and technology updates. Account Managers with a strong technological background follow the entire project life cycle and are the single point of contact with the customer. They reflect the needs of the customer by creating the most appropriate contractual terms, assisting them throughout the entire project development.
Finally, the internal management staff is made up of multi-skilled professionals focussing on Back Office services and on managing administrative activities both for customers and the pool of experts.

Technical Skills Required
- Degree in Information Technology
- Strong experience in programming in C++, JAVA
- Experience in using versioning tools like: SVN, GIT, ClearCase, SERENA
- Able to read, understand, and interpret technical documentation.
- It will be a plus if you already have experience in automotive sector.
