Objectives:
- To achieve the Business targets by maintaining customer satisfaction and continuously improving product value and process efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and advice to the assigned customers
- To ensure that customer specific software requirements for processes, products and systems are addressed.
- Escalate problems to management when necessary.
- Pursue understanding of development trends and techniques in automotive technology .
- Collect technological information
- Internal reporting of customer / competitor activities and technology trends in the automotive market.
- Internal reporting of the status of technical design and development projects.
- Analysis and identification of continuous improvements.

Authorities:
- To stop any process resulting in an output that is not conforming to customer quality requirements or expectations.
- Access to all project information for assigned customers.
