Support ESS/MSS Physical split:- Coordinate and analyze requirements from
o IT (e.g. system A will split, will this influence the ESS/MSS?)
o Business (e.g. company 1 wants a different set-up than the rest of the companies, is this OK?)
- Act as a Single point of contact between Business and IT and within the project team for the ESS/MSS topics
- Prepare & Analyze formal IT requirements for physical landscape split
- Standardize and keep exceptions to a minimum within the 2 different landscapes
- Create and maintain project plans
- Quickly understand Customer-Setup
Anforderung:
SAP HCM / HR (Human Resources) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
ESS (Employee-Self-Service ) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
MSS (Manager-Self-Service) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
- Have a basic understanding the technical customizing of the SAP ESS/MSS EHP7
- Analyzing and defining requirements in a Business Blueprint
- Project experience
- Able to work in a complex environment:
o Manage numerous stakeholders
o Technical complexity
o Combing different requirements
- German and English as minimum language skills
- Proactivity and own iniative is a key
