For our client in the telecommunication industry we are currently looking for a Business Continuity Manager/PMO with strong network/Active Directory experience
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months roll-over contracts (extension possible)
Location: Düsseldorf

Background:
Due to increased workload the team in the area of Office IT is looking for external support to manage and coordinate a running project in the area of Business Continuity for Active Directory (impact to 35 countries).
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Create full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
- Plan and schedule project timelines and design presentations for higher level management
- Create project/service scorecards
- Track and report on project deliverables
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Interface to other departments
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Manage and Identify flaws in current processes, document results
- Conduct project evaluations and create recommendations for future projects
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Develop Risk management strategy
- Tracking from Problems
- Write Documentations/Active Directory Business Continuity Plan
- Develop Process Designs
Must have:
- Deep knowledge on Active Directory
- Good knowledge with Microsoft Server (N2H: MSCE certification)
- Solid knowledge of Mobile telecom Networks
- Strong experience (+3 Yrs ) in Business Continuity Management
- Understand the business and their goals
- Able to translate business goals into technical and functional solutions

- Experience with Product life cycles
- Strong communication skills at all business levels
